THIS IS FOR YOU:

If you've been carrying something you were never meant to carry alone…

This workshop was created for survivors of childhood trauma, childhood sexual abuse, ritual abuse, & adult sexual trauma - those who have lived in the long shadow of experiences that were never their fault, and never their shame to bear. You don't need to have words for what happened, you don't need to be ready to talk about it, or explain it to anyone. You don’t need to recall all the details.

You just need to show up - as you are, carrying what you carry so that I can help you put it down. This is a space built entirely around one question: how much self love can you make room for after the dark?

So if:

  • You've spent years wondering if you're too broken to be loved…

  • You disconnect from your body without even realising it…

  • You know how to keep going in survival but not how to be gentle with yourself…

  • You carry a version of yourself from back then…

  • You've survived but don’t know how to live… This workshop was made for you.

THE WORKSHOP ARC - What we'll move through together:

I - Arriving in Safety

We open with some grounding and breathing rounds, setting your nervous system for priming within EFT Tapping capacity. Your guide, Demi, will speak about the biological and physiological experience of what CSA, SA & SRA can do to the body, the mind & the belief systems. Please note, this workshop is NOT about forgiving others or external factors. This workshop is about YOU & if the concept of forgiveness surfaces, it is only ever about self forgiveness.

II - Meeting the Unworthiness

Survivors often carry the weight of a lie — that what happened somehow reflects their value, their lovability, their worth. We use EFT Tapping to begin loosening that belief at its roots & bringing it into the light with compassion for yourself.

III - The Body as Home

When the body has been the site of violation, it can feel like somewhere you don't belong. This is where we begin to crack open a door that has been sealed shut for years or decades, allowing light to spill into the dark places, allowing love to touch the edges of fear & pain.

IV - Self-Forgiveness

Perhaps the most tender round of all, we release the misplaced guilt. The choices made in the dark that you didn't understand at the time. The ways you needed love and found it in complicated places. This isn't about what was done to you necessarily— it's about freeing you from any blame you've turned inward.

V - Hope

Here we can begin to touch the concept of hope, plans for the future & dreams that were left behind in the dark. Self love, self sourced safety & self forgiveness often give way to thoughts of a future, or making future plans. In this section, we are not forcing anything - simply adjusting your beliefs to being able to allow hope to take up space, even if hope was crushed repeatedly in the past.

VI - Integration & Closing

We close slowly and with care. A tapping round to anchor in your worthiness, a gentle visualisation, and clear guidance on how to take care of yourself after. You will leave with tools, and with the knowledge that you are not alone in this.

Important — Please Read

This workshop uses Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), a self-help tool that involves gentle tapping on acupressure points while focusing on thoughts and feelings in relation to experiences and memories. EFT is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical treatment.

I am a certified EFT practitioner, not a licensed therapist or psychologist. This workshop does not constitute therapy and no therapeutic relationship is formed by attending.

Working with trauma-adjacent material can sometimes bring up unexpected emotions or memories. You are always encouraged to work at your own pace, step away when needed, and seek support from a qualified mental health professional if required, especially if you’re not sure if this workshop would be suitable for you - it’s important to consult with any professionals you may be already working with. By registering, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and take responsibility for your own wellbeing before, during and after this workshop.
